Get Moving! Building a GBV Prevention Movement

Get Moving!

Let’s Get Moving! In line with the Network’s 2009 theme: Building a GBV Prevention Movement, we are happy to introduce the exciting and dynamic Get Moving! movement building process,  Get Moving! is a process of training, discussion, and reflection that encourages movement building and asks participants to examine the values and principles behind their GBV prevention work. The process was designed by the Network in response to a discussion at the November 2008 members meeting, in which members said it was important to spend time and energy grounding the work in shared values and principles and building and strengthening a GBV prevention movement.
